Matthew J. Larmann
President

Matt has worked in the financial and insurance marketplace since graduating from Xavier University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. In 1990, he received a degree as a Chartered Financial Consultant and in 1992 added the degree of Chartered Life Underwriter from The American College in Bryn Mawr, PA. Upon graduation, Matt started in the business as an independent broker and joined Larmann Financial in 1986.
Matt is an Investment Advisor Representative with the State of Ohio. He served as Vice President of Larmann Financial from 1991 to 2000, was named President in 2001 and became Owner in 2003.
Matt works as an advocate for both individual and corporate clients, assisting them in developing and implementing custom-designed financial plans based on their unique needs and goals. His greatest pleasure is derived from helping his clients work toward their personal and business targets.
Matt has distinguished himself as a registered representative with Mutual Service Corporation by receiving the Aim High Award in 2006. In 2007, he was recognized for his achievements in the financial planning industry by being named to MSC's prestigious "President's Club." This distinction is offered to only ten percent of the more than 1,000 representatives they serve. Matt is also a frequent guest speaker, expert witness and serves as a coach for a national organization that mentors advisors looking to improve their business practices.

Patricia A. Roth
Secretary / Treasurer

Tricia received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Arts from the University of Cincinnati. For more than 20 years, she has been a key member of Larmann Financial. Tricia oversees the day-to-day issues involving corporate finances, human resources and licensing, thus allowing Matt and the other team members to concentrate on building client relationships.

Sherrie Hampton

Sherrie has over 20 years of office administration experience. She is the key contact for both our investment and individual insurance clients. Sherrie assists our clients in the daily operation and servicing of their accounts. She has become their trusted point of contact enabling Larmann Financial to continue to deliver a high level of service.

Melanie Jacobsen
Team Member Since: 2006
Melanie has over 8 years of experience in the retirement plan marketplace. She is responsible for managing our corporate retirement plan client relationships. Melanie researches plan design options and plan benchmark reviews. In addition to these services, Melanie works with plan providers to coordinate employee education. Melanie holds her FINRA Series* 7 & 63 securities licenses, as well as life, health, and variable annuity insurance licenses.

Lynn Ruark
Administrative Assistant

Lynn has more than 20 years experience as an executive secretary, office manager and administrative assistant. Much of her experience has been in the commercial construction industry. Lynn's primary responsibility is to assist Sherrie with individual insurance and investment services. She also manages our incoming client calls.

Kathy Bittner

Kathy has over 20 years of experience as an office manager/administrative assistant. She has worked with property and construction management firms in Cincinnati and for a Northern Kentucky law firm. Kathy's primary focus is to work with Amy Jeffries, assisting our clients with their employee benefit plans. She also provides administrative assistance to Melanie Jacobsen on corporate retirement plans.

Amy Jeffries

Amy has been in the employee benefits industry for 12 years. She is responsible for managing group insurance plans and has industry experience in group service, sales and consulting. Prior to beginning work in the insurance industry, Amy provided HR, administrative and bookkeeping services for her family's small business.
