Larmann Financial is an independent financial services company focused on growing our retirement plan and private wealth management business. We are currently seeking to grow our company with a Client Services Administrator, who will be committed to our corporate culture of caring for our clients through Creativity, Attention, Responsibility and Engagement.


Job Purpose

The Client Services Administrator reports to our lead advisors and is critical to leveraging their time in the development of new business. The ideal candidate will utilize excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to confidently provide information and education to clients in a timely, efficient and professional manner and manage the daily operations of our securities business with our Broker Dealer.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Successfully partner with Broker Dealer for new account establishment and to manage client needs regarding processing, service and problem resolution in a timely and accurate manner while ensuring documentation and recordkeeping adheres to compliance standards
  • Process, submit and service all account paperwork/requests, follow through to completion utilizing both paper and paperless procedures (including eSignature) where available
  • Manage firm operations and supervise tasks/responsibilities of support staff
  • Communicate regularly with clients regarding their accounts, allocations and servicing
  • Maintain CRM database; define and ensure adherence to appropriate client service and prospecting models and workflows
  • Assist in client meeting preparation and follow-up including assembling required paperwork, report generation, appointment scheduling and post-meeting documentation
  • Assist with research of products, pricing and complex issue resolution


Qualified candidate requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in the financial services industry, independent financial services culture is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, ability to clearly articulate potentially complex processes and/or concepts to clients.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills; ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple and competing priorities on a daily basis
  • Ability to build relationships with clients and internal partners
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Series 7 and 65/66 preferred (or ability to obtain)
