Elliott joined Larmann Financial in the summer of 2023, bringing with him a strong foundation in client service and operational excellence from his previous role at a large wire house. His transition reflects a deep commitment to providing clients with a more personalized, independent experience rooted in fiduciary responsibility.
As Director of Operations, Elliott oversees the firm’s day-to-day processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a client-first approach. He plays a key role in optimizing workflows and supporting strategic initiatives that enhance the overall client experience.
Having experience working with clients across all life stages, Elliott brings empathy, insight, and a strategic mindset to every relationship. As the youngest of three brothers, he developed a strong voice and a thoughtful approach—qualities that serve him well in guiding clients through financial decisions and supporting their long-term goals.
A graduate of Miami University’s Farmer School of Business, Elliott lives in Downtown Cincinnati. Outside of work, he enjoys staying active outdoors, cheering on local sports teams, experimenting in the kitchen, and diving into films and trivia nights.
