Melanie has been a key member of the Larmann Financial team since 2006, leading our corporate client relationships with expertise and care. As Director of Retirement Plan Services, she serves as the primary liaison for both plan sponsors and employees, helping organizations build strong retirement strategies and empowering individuals to feel confident about their financial futures.
With over 20 years in the financial services industry, Melanie brings deep experience in plan design, benchmarking, and coordinating financial wellness programs. She works closely with plan sponsors to deliver ongoing education and personalized support.
Before joining Larmann Financial, Melanie served as a Senior Account Executive at Principal Financial Group. She holds a BA in Political Science and a master’s in public administration from West Virginia University.
Outside of work, Melanie enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her family.
