Tricia has been a cornerstone of Larmann Financial for over 30 years, bringing dedication and organization to the firm’s daily operations. After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Cincinnati, she took on the role of managing the behind-the-scenes responsibilities that keep the business running smoothly.
Over the years, Tricia has worn many hats. Today, Tricia oversees Human Resources, bookkeeping, and the day-to-day functions of the business. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her an indispensable part of the team.
Outside the office, Tricia enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her church and local organizations, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
